Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"The student and I reviewed for her test, which is tomorrow. We solved the inequality and graphed the solution. She needed to use all operations in order to solve the equations and remember to switch the inequality sign if multiplying or dividing by a negative number. She seems to understand the material being covered."
"The student and I reviewed his study guide, and answered all questions for his upcoming test tomorrow in algebra. We went over linear equations, slope, and word problems. He knew most of the material, but may need to take advantage of the extra time he'll be given. I look forward to working with him again, and reviewing his test."
"The student and I reviewed how to find slope and use it to put it in the y=mx+b form. She had some difficulty in the beginning grasping the concept, but as we practiced more problems, she was understanding it and getting used to it."
"The student and I reviewed how to find slope and y-intercept, how to graph equations, how to write equations in the y=mx +b format, and discussed sequences. I provided her with practice problems."
"The student and I reviewed more material for his upcoming final, including LCD, completing the square, and square rooting both sides. He has improved a great amount. I believe he'll do great on his final."
"The student and I reviewed one of her past exams. She did one of her homework assignments that is due tomorrow, and we also went over a previous assignment that she was unsure of how to complete. She understood the concepts well. Next week, we will go over her quarterly exam that she recently took."
