Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"We reviewed the high-level concepts of OS design that were covered in class : design goals, mechanism vs. policy, architectural strategies. The student should work on the exercises at the end of Chapter 2 in his textbook before our next session."
"During this session, the student and I did various problems that her teacher gave her for practice and for extra credit. Most of these assignments included nested if statements. One of the main things about this assignment was to use the least number of brackets as possible. This forced her to be as efficient as possible when doing the coding. We also went over how to use the equalsIgnoreCase() function in Java. Overall, this was a great review session."
"Review of some things homework-related (incomplete from student); discussion of virtual and purely virtual functions; file streams started."
