Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"The student and I worked on his review math packet which he was assigned over the summer; primarily, we covered systems of equations, graphing inequalities, and using algebra to solve word problems."
"I worked with the student to finish as many subjects as possible. We worked mostly in Stats and Probability, and managed to get a lot done, and finished with 83% complete."
"Today we worked on math. We covered four new topics, and had very little trouble with any of them. We also completed lesson 5, which is not due for two weeks."
"We covered derivatives of inverse fxns and inverse trig fxns. We also covered fractional exponents and finding implicit 2nd and 3rd derivatives."
"The student's class is continuing the discussion of quadratic, but has now moved to the quadratic formula. She finished roughly 3 or 4 worksheets assigned by her teacher to help get her up to speed. The student has a pretty strong grasp on quadratics so this was not unfamiliar or challenging."
"We went through trigonometry first. I explained how she can find sin, cos, tan, con, csc and sec by knowing the angle or one of the measurements. She understood how she has to do them. We also covered reference angle as well. Then we went through chemistry, and we covered kinetic. I explained the equilibrium and the constant to her, and we solved 6-7 problems. She is doing well."
