How can a LSAT tutor help you?

The LSAT, or the Law School Admission Test, is mandatory if you want to apply for law school. There are four testing dates each year. You are tested in five multiple-choice sections that cover reading comprehension, analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, writing, and the variable section. Each portion of the exam has a 35-minute allotment to complete them. Scoring well on the LSAT is vital to demonstrating to your school of choice that you may be successful there. LSAT Tutoring review by James in Indianapolis, IN
We spent the first half discussing reading comprehension, and in particular the utility of reducing the passages to bare bones structure so as to avoid getting bogged down in details. For the second hour we talked about and worked complicated combination games.

LSAT Tutoring review by David in Indianapolis, IN
We went through various LR question types and went through how to approach every single LR question to reduce making mistakes. The student is extremely bright and even had to be slowed down a few times to ensure he was doing everything the right way, which he was! I have given him some materials to look over and we will go over everything next time.

LSAT Tutoring review by Blake in Indianapolis, IN
The student and I covered a variety of analytical reasoning questions, including multi-level ordering and grouping in and out logic games. We worked through strategies that included making inferences using the contrapositive and attacking the games by setting up diagrams. His attitude was great, as always, and he improved as the session went on. We went over difficult games, so it was to be expected that he might struggle with the questions, but he was able to use the strategies and get to the correct answers.

LSAT Tutoring review by Ryan in Indianapolis, IN
The student and I worked on the logic games and logical reasoning sections. He is improving a bit with logical reasoning by paraphrasing the argument and making more accurate predictions on the answers. On logic games we are still working on how to correctly sketch the game and make deductions.
