PASSAGE
A community center staff member announces: "To register for our free English classes, you need to do the following. Step one: pick up a registration form at the front desk — these are only available Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM. Step two: complete the form and return it with a photo ID. Step three: attend the placement test, which is held every other Saturday. You cannot sign up for a class until after you complete the placement test. Classes begin the Monday following your placement test."
Fatima picks up a form on Thursday, returns it with her ID the same day, and attends the placement test the following Saturday. If she passes, when is the earliest she can begin attending classes?
