...school for over 4 years. My teaching focuses on grammar, writing, speaking, and listening from basic/fundamental to advanced levels. All of my students who have started from learning Japanese alphabets are now capable of reading them, and utilizing them to construct sentences in a short period of time. Japanese is relatively difficult language composed with three writing styles, Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji (Chinese characters); however, learning from native Japanese speaker/experienced tutor will make you fluent...

I enjoy helping others. I am especially good at adjusting my lesson speed based on the student's level. I believe that learning should be FUN! Let's have a good time while learning together!... I feel that teachers need to be highly perceptive of the student's reactions while teaching. This means checking for understanding and never getting ahead of the student. An effective lesson is one that is geared toward each specific student in terms of their study goals, while also incorporating their hobbies and interests into the lesson. In such a sense, teaching methods need to be adjusted on-the-fly depending on the student. Another very important (and often overlooked) aspect of teaching is that it should be FUN for the student. I believe that people retain the most information when they are having fun. If someone can associate "fun" with learning, they will want to learn more and study harder!
