Cubic Function

A cubic function is a polynomial function of degree $3$ .  It can be written in the form $f\left(x\right)=a{x}^3+b{x}^2+cx+d$ , where $a,b,c$ and $d$ are real numbers and $a\ne 0$ .

It can also be written as $f\left(x\right)=a{\left(x+b\right)}^3+c$ , where $a,b$ and $c$ are real numbers and $a\ne 0$ .
