Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"We began study for the student's physics final. The big topics we went over were the river analogy to electrical circuits, Kirchhoff's laws, and right-hand rules. We discussed how to tackle problems using Kirchhoff's laws by looking at junctions to write equations for current conservation and looking at loops to write equations for voltage conservation. We discussed how to determine whether a circuit element give a positive or negative change in voltage. We discussed the different scenarios where right-hand rules are used (because of cross products) such as Lorentz Force laws and torque."
"We reviewed velocity and acceleration graphs and the relationship between moment of inertia and torque for her final review."
"The student is currently learning the quantum model of physics. We completed many practice questions along with reviewing kinematics."
