Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"We are still working on sentence-level errors, but the student is really improving. His essay today only took thirty minutes to revise as opposed to three sessions. He also is scoring 90s on the identification drills we are working on, which indicates he is better able to identify sentence errors. He still struggles with finding the best way to fix the errors, but we will continue to work! For homework, the student needs to find a book and start reading. He also needs to write another one page essay."
"Assigned an essay on Aldous Huxley's "A Brave New World" and worked on listening comprehension through French music with the student."
"We worked on creative writing using prompts I gave the sisters. We need to work hard on writing over the summer, so they have confidence in sharing through writing what they so easily share in speaking. We went over some homework. That was fulfilling for all of us."
