Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"We went over the logic games I had sent the student. We talked through his diagram for one of the games. Then we moved on to logical reasoning. He had done exceptionally well on a practice problem set and continued to do well on the questions during the session. I will be sending a problem set to practice "flaw" questions."
"We reviewed logic puzzles and logical reasoning. We emphasized importance to infer beyond the information provided."
"We started by reviewing the student's most recent practice exam. He scored 80/100 which is the equivalent of a 160-164. What is even more promising is the breakdown of his score and the improvements he has made to his reading comprehension. We spent time discussing the reading comprehension questions he got wrong as well as how to combine his improved speed and capacity with some test strategies. The remainder of our time was drilling and discussing a logic game. We spent an extensive period of time going over formal logic and it's application to logic games."
