Lifting weights is a hobby of mine. I like playing the piano and singing. I love animals and have had many dogs and cats over the years when I was living in the US and in Japan. When I was living in Japan I learned how to meditate and I try to meditate everyday. Mindfulness is a great way to work with stress. I call this 'minding mind'. I lived and taught in Japan for more than 20 years (I also have an MA in Japanese Literature) so I can talk to you a LOT about Japan. I also love speaking Japanese and have taught Japanese language to university students who want to go to Japan. Reading and writing Japanese is so interesting!
