I just graduated from Gustavus Adolphus college with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, and I am eager to contribute to education. I have experience teaching all age groups, as I was a Water Safety Instructor for years, and I have volunteered at local elementary schools to help guide kids in different learning activities. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and ask questions. I believe that everyone has unique strengths and learning styles, and I tailor my approach to meet individual needs. My goal is to instill confidence in my students while helping them develop critical thinking skills that extend beyond the classroom.
