I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. I was pre-med throughout college and am familiar with the demands and challenges of preparing for the Medical College Admissions Test. Afterwards, I received a Master of Public Health from Elmhurst University and began teaching shortly afterwards. I currently teach Environmental Health and Public Health to undergraduates and enjoy mentoring students interested in pursuing a career related to health. In my current profession, I work as a Data Analyst studying and analyzing biostatistics, healthcare, and health data. I utilize all the major data programming languages, including SAS, Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. I am proficient in other data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
I am most passionate about science and applying my data skills to uncover trends! Public health is underrated, and other encompasses all of the major STEM courses commonly taught in high school and college. Science is challenging, but I enjoy helping students make connections to other topics they're already comfortable with.

I love traveling and trying new foods and restaurants. I'm a big sports fan and can talk about my favorite leagues all day, such as the NBA, WNBA, and Premier League. I exercise as often as I can and enjoy warming up in the sun from time to time. I also enjoy curling up with a book on a rainy day. I love cuddly cats, but I love all pets!
