Certified Tutor

Mathematics can seem intimidating and unapproachable, but my passion lies in helping students discover that it doesn't have to be. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at the University of Ottawa, and I tutor students from middle school through first-year college levels.

My goal with any student that I take is to not only help them pass their classes but also lead them to develop the problem-solving abilities necessary in math and beyond. I do this by using real-world scenarios in my tutoring to also make the learner understand the reason for the concepts they are studying. I believe that when students understand the "why" behind what they're learning, they become more engaged and confident.
