With 22 years experience as a writing and literature/language arts instructor, in both high school and college settings, I have the expertise and tools required to help any learner and writer succeed. I hold Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Writing from Florida State University (BA) and Kennessaw State University (MAPW), and am a reader/scorer for the AP Language exam.
I am very passionate about the craft of reading and writing, and have excelled at making the content of any English Language course or examination both accessible and enjoyable. I have tutored and taught all kinds of learners, ranging in style and proficiency, and can help students prepare for state and national exams, college entrance tests, or even help with success in course work at either the high school or college level.
In my spare time, I love going to concerts, playing music (guitar, piano, ukelele) with my kids, and cooking a variety of meals and dishes from around the world.
