My name is Thomas Rady Pentek, and I am a recent graduate of the Schulich School of Business, where I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management. Over the past two years, I have gained valuable tutoring experience at a non-profit organization, where I primarily taught high school writing, English, and some mathematics. My passion for teaching stems from the joy of helping students grasp complex concepts and witnessing their growth in confidence and proficiency. I believe in a tailored approach to tutoring, starting with diagnostic assessments to identify each student's strengths and weaknesses, enabling me to create personalized lesson plans that target their specific needs. Additionally, I'm excited to expand my tutoring repertoire to include LSAT preparation and history, subjects I am deeply passionate about. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy swimming, water skiing, and surfing, pretty much anything to do with water. I swam competitively in high school, where I was fortunate enough to represent my school at the provincial level. I am also an avid reader, mainly of history and science fiction. My love for books naturally led me to watch the never-ending film adaptations of the classics, sparking a strong interest in film.
