I am very passionate about supporting students in multiple subject areas. My favorite subject is math and I have mastered it all the way through Calculus 1. I also love to help students with English Language Arts by boosting comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills. I have a master's degree in Math Education and a certification in Elementary Education. I have 5 years of experience teaching middle school math and one year of experience teaching 4th and 5th grade. Other subjects I have taught include Economics, Finance, Life Science, Computer Science, and PE. Additionally, I have 2 years of experience substitute teaching preschool through 12th grade. Lastly, I have had the pleasure of privately tutoring students for two years. Learning takes perseverance and I believe the process is just as important as the achievement. For this reason, I consistently show patience and enthusiasm to ensure my students have the best tutoring experience possible.

My favorite hobbies are reading and dancing! I particularly enjoy ballet and swing dancing. I also love to be out in nature when the weather is nice. Spending time connecting with friends is one of my greatest joys in life. Serving my community by offering my academic support to incarcerated students has been a wonderful opportunity for me. I love to see people grow and reach their goals!
