Reyna: Westchester tutor
Certified Tutor
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering at Texas A&M University. Throughout high school, I volunteered as a tutor for middle and high school students, primarily focusing on various math subjects. These experiences deepened my appreciation for education and strengthened my passion for helping others succeed academically.
While I enjoy a wide range of subjects, including science and language arts, math has always been my favorite to tutor. I find it incredibly rewarding to guide students through challenging concepts and help them build the confidence they need to excel. I believe that anyone can thrive in math with a solid grasp of the fundamentals and the right support along the way! My goal is to help students break down complex problems into manageable steps and develop a clear, logical approach to solving them.
My tutoring style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I aim to create a supportive environment where questions are always welcome and progress is celebrated. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading and art!
