My name is Micheal Dahbar, and I'm a third-year actuarial science student at Universite Laval with a deep passion for learning and for helping others learn. Coming from a field that's all about logic, precision, and risk, I've learned how to break down complex problems, spot patterns, and build clear explanations. But more than that, I've learned how to communicate, how to turn something intimidating into something manageable.

I'm trilingual (French, English, and Arabic) and I've worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds, whether in customer service, as a warehouse manager, or even assisting in an optometry clinic. Through all those roles, one thing has always been constant: I love helping people understand.

As a tutor, I focus on creating a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and confident building skills, no matter their starting point. I adapt my teaching to each learner's style, and I never rush understanding. Whether it's high school math, introductory stats, or early programming in R or Python, I bring patience, clarity, and a real excitement for the subject.

Tutoring, for me, isn't just about teaching content, it's about helping someone feel capable, and maybe even proud of something they used to avoid. That's what drives me, and that's what I bring to every session.
