I find great fulfillment in helping students build confidence in subjects that initially feel overwhelming. I believe that every learner has the potential to excel when given the right guidance and support tailored to their individual learning style.

I have worked as a peer tutor and programming language tutor, supporting college-level students in subjects such as Python, SQL, Java, web development, and data analysis. My academic and professional journey through Mohawk College's Energy Power & Innovation Centre and IDEAWORKS has provided me with hands-on experience in software development, cloud computing, and applied machine learning. These experiences not only deepened my technical knowledge but also enhanced my ability to break down complex concepts into simple, relatable terms an essential skill for effective tutoring.

I am particularly passionate about tutoring computer science and data-related subjects. I enjoy teaching these areas because they combine logical thinking with creativity, and they open doors to real-world applications from building apps to analyzing meaningful data. Watching students grasp core programming logic or successfully troubleshoot their first projects is incredibly rewarding.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in patience, adaptability, and curiosity. I strive to create a learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, explore solutions, and grow at their own pace. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy working on tech projects, staying up to date with innovations in cloud and AI technologies, and mentoring fellow students in applied research settings.
