Certified Tutor

I am a passionate, fun-loving individual who has been educating and motivating students of all ages for over five years. My educational background includes an Honours Bachelors Degree in Health and Physical Education, a 150 hour TEFL certification from the University of Toronto, and a wealth of knowledge in music, dance, health, and language, gained through various classes and self-study. I believe deeply in the power of education, and my philosophy on teaching is to always provide students with the personalized support and encouragement they need in order to reach a higher potential. I strive to demonstrate a high
standard of pedagogy, and have high expectations of myself and my students. In 2020, during my time as an English teacher in Vietnam, I was named Teacher of Distinction; an award given to only 20 teachers in a company of over 1000 employees. I've earned many awards and achievements throughout my lifetime as an athlete and captain of sports teams, and I have greatly enjoyed playing a supporting role in the achievements of others. My life purpose is to teach and learn, and I hope to inspire my students to fall in love with education too.
