Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in French and also a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I have a Master of Education in Counseling, Development, and Higher Education also. Since graduation, I have been an educator in both the public and private sector and have taught all ages from preschool to adult education. Being passionate about learning has been a prominent feature in every activity! I am also a TESOL certified teacher and currently teach adult ESL in my community. I have taught a variety of subjects in addition to ESL that range from literature to science to French. I have also received additional training in articulation and enjoy helping English speakers with pronunciation. Having been a counselor I also work hard to make sure my students are comfortable and confident, and learning is often accompanied with a lot of laughter and smiles. for the Critical Reading and Writing portions of the exams. I am both a lifelong educator and a lifelong student; learning brings so much more enjoyment to life. In my spare time, I enjoy learning new languages, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and absolutely any type of dance/exercise class.
