I am a graduate of McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business. Since that point, I have spent time travelling and teaching English and Social Studies in Thailand and have enrolled in a Bachelor's of Education at the University of Windsor. Since my time spent in Thailand, I have developed a passion for teaching English and have seen the impact that strong English skills can have on the lives of young people. I also have a passion for teaching history and business subjects, two subjects that I personally find fascinating and believe provide useful insights and life skills for young people. I believe in a focused but casual studying atmosphere as I have found that setting the most conducive to effective learning. This allows students to relate to and engage more effectively with the content, and has shown me the best results in the past. I believe education is imperative because it opens many more avenues into the future for people, and have experienced first-hand the impact that tutoring has on the learning experience, which is why I am passionate about being a tutor myself. Outside of work, I am a big sports fan (particularly hockey, baseball, and football), and enjoy playing these sports along with going to the gym to keep active.
