Certified Tutor

I am passionate about helping students discover a love of learning! I have worked as a teacher, tutor, and homeschool teacher for 2+ years. I received two Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Philosophy as well as a minor in psychology from Arizona State University. I have a Master's in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Psychology. I tutor all subjects in middle school with a special interest in science and math. I believe we are all scientists at heart and the discovery of learning is just using the scientific method! My teaching philosophy includes developing an individualized relationship with my student and getting to know their interests and values so that we can work together to learn how to learn!
