I am a first grade teacher and mother of five, one is a college graduate, two in college and my twins are seniors in high school. I have been an educator for 9 years at the elementary level and teaching Kindergarten-1st grade in these last 5 years. Literacy is my passion! I have a certificate in the Science of Teaching Reading and Texas Education Agency Reading Academy. As an educator, I am deeply passionate about fostering academic growth and unlocking students full potential. My commitment is to always create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress.
