I hold a PhD in Mathematics and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where I developed a deep appreciation for the elegance of mathematical problem-solving and its applications in engineering. As a thermal engineer, I currently design innovative transformers, blending theoretical precision with practical solutions. My passion for tutoring stems from a belief that mastering challenging concepts empowers students to achieve their goals and unlocks new opportunities.

My tutoring experience includes serving as a calculus tutor at the University of Waterloo, where I guided undergraduate students through complex mathematical concepts, fostering both confidence and understanding. Additionally, I taught Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) at Sharif University of Technology, helping students bridge theory and real-world applications. These experiences honed my ability to explain intricate ideas in clear, relatable ways.

I tutor a wide range of subjects, including high school and university-level mathematics, physics, calculus, fluid mechanics, CFD, heat transfer, vibration, and control systems.

My teaching philosophy centers on patience, clarity, and adaptability. I tailor my approach to each student's learning style, using real-world examples to make abstract concepts tangible. Whether it's breaking down a physics problem or guiding a student through a heat transfer equation, I aim to create an engaging, supportive environment that encourages curiosity and resilience.
Outside of academia and tutoring, I enjoy watching movies, playing and watching soccer, and diving into strategic board games and chess. These hobbies keep me energized and sharpen my problem-solving skills, which I bring to every tutoring session.
