I am a graduate of Texas A&M- Corpus Christi. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Literature & my teacher's certification for grades 7-12. Since graduation, I have taught grades 9-12 and tutored grades 7-12 for 10 years. While I tutored mostly in the subject of English, I also prepped students for examinations such as state tests, ACT, SAT, and college essays. In my experience helping students prepare for standardized tests, I have found the Critical Reading and Writing sections to be the most rewarding and often the most enjoyable areas to tackle together. Seeing my students make remarkable strides while discovering their own voice and confidence is a constant source of inspiration. I am deeply committed to education, believing it to be a cornerstone of an enriched and fulfilling life, and I strive to share this passion with every student I work with.
