"We reviewed for the student's final exam. We went over uses of the subjunctive, the preterite, affirmative/negative commands, using direct/indirect object pronouns using commands and vocabulary. The student has improved a lot since the first time we met. I'm sure his final exam will go well."
"The student and I worked on not only the different conjugations of tenses, but how to know when to use which contextually. I then tested her by giving her a few grammatically incorrect sentences and asking her to fix them. We reviewed por v. para. Overall, very good review session!"
"In preparation for an upcoming exam, we reviewed the student's vocab list by pronouncing the words correctly and using them in sentences. Also, student practiced the subjunctive form by writing sentences. Student's effort is amazing and extremely appreciated. I'm sure all will go well."
"She and I met for the first time today; I am very excited to continue working with her. She's a smart girl, and we worked through her Math homework relatively easily. I believe, in Math anyway, that she may just not be very confident about her skills since she is now studying a grade higher than at her previous school. We also worked on Spanish, which I am delighted that she enjoys so much. I provided her with new vocabulary and introductory phrases after we studied for her upcoming quiz."
"She and I went over present and past tense conjugations. We solved her homework for the day. Three things for her to keep in mind: study Nueces, look at notes when doing homework, and pay attention to the subject of a sentence when conjugating and answering questions."
