We reviewed how to calculate median, interquartile range and used illustrative examples on how measures of central tendency (mean and standard deviation) differ from the median and interquartile range . We also covered conceptually what the t-test and ANOVA test measure and what the p-value tells us about an association that we are measuring. Lastly, we discussed how to properly interpret a confidence interval.
