Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"The student had a practice exam to work on and said this one was more like the actual exam than the last one. There were some topics -- such as molarity, density, and nomenclature -- that were not part of the previous practice exam, and we went through them. I can see progress in the areas we have been practicing, but we will continue to focus on the basics."
"During this session, we went through problems in the buffers and titration homework that we had not yet completed from the previous week. We discussed this topic keeping in mind the upcoming exam and mainly went over concepts. The student intends to read through the chapters on her own to get an even better understanding of acids and bases."
"We reviewed how to calculate pH. We also reviewed neutralizing an acid and what salts are and how they are formed when an acid is neutralized."
