"We went over algebraic evaluation of limits, a rule of thumb for evaluating limits is x goes to infinity or negative infinity, and emphasized factoring as part of the limit evaluation process. We did some examples of applying quotient rule to derivatives, and did a few derivatives using algebraic evaluation of the definition of the derivative rather than the rules of thumb. We finally went over a problem tracking the position, velocity, and acceleration of an object as it fell."
"We went over basic of limits and derivatives, different rules of derivative and how to tell whether a function is continuous or not, and whether limits exist or not (limit exists when left limit equals right limit). We went over using the definition of derivative to obtain equations of the tangent line."
"We went over chain rule and suggested problems in the book related to chain rule and implicit differentiation. With the approach we're taking in learning these concepts, the student understands the overall idea, which is helping her link previous concepts to newer ones. We'll continue using implicit differentiation and apply them to related rates."
"We went over continuous domain for functions, limits, precalculus(unit circle), and limits (left hand and right hand). We also covered fundamental precalculus (Unit Circle) and limits. The student had a good attitude. I want him to practice infinity limits, left hand, and right hand limits. "
"We went over derivatives and covered some rules of differentiation. We also went over certain theorems that were covered in the textbook that we were using, which turned out to be really helpful in allowing him to understand more fully the concepts of derivatives."
"We went over differential equations and covered topics such as position, velocity, speed, torque and etc. He is struggling with understanding the equation to use for problems. He is doing good in the quiz so far, but he is worried about falling behind."
