"We covered a few words about different rooms in a house. The students showed great interest in learning more, and we need to find a way to help them memorize the lessons learned next time."
"We went through the tones. He had some issues primarily with the second tone and the fourth tone, but he did really good after hearing the tones again and again. We also went through the textbook he studied and previewed a new story in his book. I just wanted him to memorize what he was confused by today, like the tones in the story. He did a really great job. I can see his improvements."
"Today, the student completed lesson 25. We started with our normal warm-up conversation, and we are regularly switching back and forth between different tenses. She is doing a great job responding with the correct conjugation. We focused the rest of the lesson, focusing on the imperfect tense. We have touched on it in the past, but today we spent a good amount of time going over the conjugations, uses, irregular verbs, and then going into practice questions. Additionally, we introduced new vocabulary during our conversation. She did very well during our lesson today. We used very little English except for clarification purposes, and she continues to improve with her conjugation accuracy."
"Today, we talked about how to ask for time and how to tell time in Spanish. We also reviewed interrogative words. The verb ESTAR was learned today. The student practiced writing and reading. We also reviewed some material from the previous sessions."
"Today, we went over homework that was given to the student. Together, we learned how to read the instructions to his assignments. Later, he worked on the assignments and made great progress. The student is receiving many assignments for this subject, and together, we get 2-3 pages done a day. If the student continues, he will be completing the assignments before or just in time for their due date."
