Today's session was used to review for the student's test tomorrow. We covered chapters 5 and 20, which included sterilization/decontamination techniques, as well as antibiotics and how they affect bacteria in the body. We finished by reviewing the questions provided in class by the student's professor. The student did a great job with the reviewed material, and I recommended that she use some notecards, in order to make sure the listed antimicrobials are understood as well as their functions in bacteria. We plan to meet next Monday, in order to cover the new material in class.
