About the class
The economy can be intimidating: more than half of adults report feeling anxious about their own savings and budget, not to even mention the stock market, inflation, supply chains, and the other money matters that dominate the news. But take it from a business Ph.D.: you don’t need a Ph.D. in business to understand the world of money. In fact, if you’ve played Monopoly you already have much of what you need to get the fundamentals of finance and business.
So join David Halliday, Ph.D., professor of business strategy, for a live, interactive, gamified look at important economic principles through the lens of Monopoly. Using Monopoly simulations and challenges, you’ll learn key principles of personal finance, investment, entrepreneurship, and more.
