Meeting 11/20 with the student - Spent most of time helping with Chemistry HW on orbitals - The student does not need much help with Chemistry, in the future will focus mostly on SAT with some Trig. - Explained question on her Trig test...."finding zeros" simply means to solve, and how she could have potentially solved the given polynomial. - Discussed future strategy for SAT prep. - Parents want structured diagnostic test and setting, will try 1/2 through review book. - I will attempt to assign 1/2 timed sections for HW to get the student used to pacing, will recommend/stress taking with no "white noise" to simulate test room.
