"We began by handling several questions that the student had from his chapter on ratios. He did fine on the whole. The problems he had were quite difficult, so I am not overly concerned. We spent the bulk of our time working on verbal questions with which he had difficulty. He still has some work to do with these, but a number of these questions were rather hard (and several really not well written; hence, not well representative of what he needs to worry about). He is to do the prep book chapters on triangles and polygons/rectangles. Also, he will do one practice test. Finally, I am going to be making up a large set of verbal questions for him to complete from our online toolset as well."
"We spent the entire 90 minutes on math work here, as it seems to be where he would like the most work. I left him with a couple of essays to write in advance of the next meeting."
"We did reading comprehension, sentence correction, exponents and logs, probability, DSQ's on algebra and number theory."
