I have enjoyed tutoring mathematics for the last 5 years. I first began tutoring at a community college in upstate New York. Now I am teaching at the University of Oklahoma and earning my Masters degree. I personally believe that all students are able to succeed in mathematics if they put their mind to it. I enjoy fishing and the outdoors.

I believe tutoring is more than just helping students make good grades. It is about helping students make a life. Education to me is about becoming a more informed and better person through learning how the world around us works. I want to help students become lifelong learners and help them pursue their goals.

I can help guide you, but you have to put in the work.... Ask them questions to understand what they know, what they need help with, and what will be the best way to approach the tutoring sessions... I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. I received by Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. I have mostly tutored privately on my own time in one on one sessions. I mostly enjoy helping others with math and science related problems. Education is necessary to improve life and I want others to realize this. In my spare time I enjoy thought provoking literature.... Teaching is not trying to cram information in a student's head. It is getting them to understand more about the subject, ideally to a point that they will be able to correctly explain the concept themselves with confidence.
