As a dedicated educator with a strong foundation in both science and teaching, I am passionate about supporting students on their academic journey. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and a Master's in Secondary Education with an emphasis in STEM. My academic background, combined with real-world experience, allows me to bring both depth and relevance to the subjects I teach.

Before transitioning into education, I spent four years working as a molecular technologist, where I developed a deep understanding of scientific processes and critical thinking. That hands-on experience continues to enrich the way I teach science, making concepts more tangible and meaningful for students. For the past three years, and continuing, I have been a high school science teacher, working closely with diverse learners and helping them build confidence in subjects like biology, chemistry, and general science, all at different learning levels.

As a tutor, my goal is to create a welcoming and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and exploring ideas. I believe in meeting students where they are and guiding them with patience, encouragement, and clear explanations tailored to their learning style. Whether a student is struggling to keep up or looking to deepen their understanding, I'm committed to helping them succeed and enjoy the process of learning.
