Certified Tutor

As a certified elementary teacher with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Southeastern University, I have over two years of experience in both the classroom and private tutoring, focusing primarily on elementary school reading, writing, and phonemic awareness. My passion lies in making learning engaging and tailored to each student's unique interests and needs. I utilize interactive games and relevant reading materials to foster a love for learning, particularly in the K-2 age group. One of my proudest achievements was helping students significantly improve their phonological skills through creative lessons that incorporated their favorite characters. I am dedicated to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident and excited to learn. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring new educational strategies and reading, which further enrich my teaching approach.
