Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Texas A&M University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science & Technology with a desire to teach secondary level Agriculture. Since graduation, I have received my certification in Special Education and Dyslexia. I recently received my Master's of Arts in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Grand Canyon University. I have taught a broad range of subjects at multiple grade levels, I am most passionate about Reading and teaching Reading skills. I have experience helping struggling students make progress by increasing not only their standardized test scores but also increasing their reading, writing, and mathematical abilities within the classroom. I am a strong proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students through fun and engaging lessons. In my spare time, I enjoy reading all types of books, crafting, playing card and board games, and the occasional video game.
