Hi! My name is Gabrielle Drillis. In May 2024 I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Boston University and am currently pursuing my Juris Doctorate at the University of Maine School of Law. I am excited about helping high school students with essay writing and the college admissions process. My approach emphasizes back-and-forth dialogue and critical thinking; I encourage students to explore the "why" behind their choices, helping them to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. I believe that tutoring is a collaborative journey where both student and tutor learn from one another. My organized and detail-oriented nature, coupled with my enjoyment of the writing process, allows me to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and confidence. When I'm not tutoring, you can find me at my current legal internship, reading a book, or solving Sudoku puzzles.
