As a dedicated educator with thirteen years of classroom experience and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, I am passionate about teaching literacy to children and adults. My journey began as a special education teacher, where I learned to meet students at their individual levels. I have honed my skills as a Wilson Dyslexia therapist, continuously seeking professional development to implement best practices in my tutoring sessions. I believe in creating tailored lesson plans based on initial assessments, fostering a supportive environment that encourages student engagement and success. I find immense joy in helping learners unlock their reading potential, and I am committed to making learning a positive experience.
