As a passionate and dedicated Spanish and ESL Instructor, I believe that teaching is not just a profession but a vocation that shapes the future. With 15 years of experience in the classroom and tutoring, I have developed a teaching style that is inclusive, student-centered, interactive and focused on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where all learners feel valued and motivated to achieve their full potential.
I hold two master's degrees, one in Teaching Spanish as a foreign language and the other in ESL teaching. I have taught Spanish and ESL in Middle, college and adult education settings, which has enhanced my adaptability and strengthened my classroom management skills. I am committed to continuous professional development and integrating technology and innovative strategies to enhance learning outcomes. I believe in the power of education to transform lives and strive every day to make a positive and lasting impact on my students.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy activities that both enrich my personal life and enhance my teaching practice. I have a strong interest in doing research about new tendencies to understand learners’ interests, reading and writing creatively. I also enjoy using technology, watching alternative movies and listening to varied music genres, which help me bring fresh ideas into my lessons. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring nature, listening to music and sharing with my family. Additionally, I value community involvement which deepens my understanding of diverse perspectives and fosters inclusive teaching.
