As a passionate and experienced tutor in math and science, I bring a strong academic background and a genuine love for helping others learn. I hold a B.S. in Biochemistry with a focus in Neuroscience from Saint Michael's College, where I also served as the academic tutor for the college hockey team and provided specialized tutoring in Biochemistry I and II. I've had the privilege of supporting students in a wide range of subjectsincluding algebra, geometry, calculus, physics, general and organic chemistry, cell biology, molecular genetics, and scientific writing.

My tutoring approach is patient, adaptable, and centered around the individual. I believe that effective learning is personal, and I enjoy the challenge of tailoring lessons to each student's unique needs and goals. Whether I'm working with middle schoolers, high schoolers, or college students, I strive to build confidence, foster curiosity, and create an environment where questions are encouraged and learning is collaborative.

In addition to tutoring, I've applied my skills in several biomedical research settings where I investigated biochemical mechanisms and novel therapeutics. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the real-world applications of math and science and allow me to bring those insights into my sessions.

Above all, I love learningand through tutoring, I've discovered that I love teaching just as much. I'm committed to helping students not only succeed academically, but also discover the excitement and satisfaction that comes with truly understanding complex material.

Outside of academics, I'm an avid athlete with a lifelong love for sports. I enjoy playing and watching hockey, soccer, football, baseball, and golf. Staying active is a big part of my lifeI'm into running, biking, and hiking, and I also love outdoor adventures like kayaking, fishing, and camping. Whether it's on the field or in nature, I'm always looking for ways to stay moving and enjoy the outdoors.
