My name is Charlotte Boer, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Minnesota. With over 2 years of tutoring experience in subjects like calculus, algebra, and chemistry, I have developed a student-centered approach that prioritizes active listening and adaptability. My journey began as a tutor for middle and high school students, which ignited my passion for helping others navigate challenging STEM subjects. I believe in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring concepts at their own pace. My goal is to inspire confidence in my students by showing them the relevance of math and science in everyday life. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy diving deeper into scientific literature and exploring new educational methodologies that enhance my teaching practice.
