I am a junior at UNC Chapel Hill double majoring in Mathematics as well as English and Comparative Literature. I transferred to UNC from a community college where I began learning to weld and do electrical work, before getting my Associate's degrees in Engineering and Science. While there I realised that I loved helping my fellow students through their math and english courses as well as helping them on their college and scholarship applications. After having helped my classmates there, I have done the same in my classes at UNC.
My particular focus in English is 19th century literature though I have taken classes in and written essays for many other topics. I am experienced in technical writing, as well as research essays, argumentative pieces, and much more. I love to work with students to improve their writing and textual analysis. I also enjoy working through mathematical concepts and problems with people.
