I am a graduate of Ohio University with a Doctorate in Education Administration and a Master's in Teaching. My Bachelor of Science is in English Language Arts and Literature. I have ten years of teaching experience and ten years of experience in school administration. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Reading, Writing, and History. I also enjoy helping students prepare for Standardized Tests, we have the most fun prepping for the Critical Reading and Writing portions of the exams. I am a firm proponent of making learning fun and relevant. Students are never bored when we work together. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing with my dog, Liam, and hanging out with friends and family.

I have a great many hobbies and interests, but I find that most of them involve helping others. I love cooking, reading, social media, hiking, and playing soccer. My family and friends are very important to me, and I enjoy times when we can hang out together. I'm involved in a couple of non-profit organizations as a volunteer. My favorite thing to do is to lounge around on the beach on a sunny, but not too hot, day.
