I am currently pursuing degrees in Operations Research and Mathematical Economic Analysis at Rice University. I'm passionate about helping students gain confidence in their academic abilities and believe that the right guidance can transform a student's relationship with learning. I find it incredibly rewarding to support students as they overcome challenges and begin to see subjects they once found difficult as opportunities for growth.

I tutor all levels of math from kindergarten through calculus, as well as English, ACT preparation, and college application support. My favorite areas to tutor are math and standardized test prep, because I enjoy helping students develop problem-solving strategies and build the critical thinking skills that are essential for long-term academic success. Whether we're working through algebra or essay writing, I focus on helping students truly understand the material rather than just memorizing it.

My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and personalized. I adapt my approach based on each student's learning style and goals, using a combination of clear explanations, real-world examples, and active practice to reinforce key concepts. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and motivated to take ownership of their learning.
