and perfect fit for your tutor. I excel as an approachable authority figure, motivator, compassionate guide, and influential educator for my students. I believe my dedication to teaching, knowledge of content mastery, creative nature, and hard-working demeanor will be a strong asset to this program. In the past ten years, I have pledged my time to develop the critical skills that are essential to become a well-rounded science, math, and reading teacher in grades 4-9 for my future students. The Wright State University graduate program has instilled me with the pedagogical content knowledge, individual content area mastery, importance of differentiated instruction, necessity of content integration, and the exponential benefits that a teacher can provide to their students as well as their school district. In my past educational placements, I have had success motivating low achieving students, creating challenging tasks for gifted students, and developing inquiry or discovery learning based lessons. In the next few years, I plan to take classes in order to receive additional endorsements, licensures, and professional development to increase my knowledge of this profession. My most skilled areas are middle school to early high school Math, Reading, and Science, but I am well versed in all subject areas.
