I'm a recent graduate from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration. I double majored in Finance & Management Information Systems and plan to pursue and MS in Data Analytics next year. Throughout my academic journey, I've always had a passion for helping others, especially when it comes to making math less intimidating. It's often seen as a scary challenge, but I want my students to see it as a fun puzzle to solve because it can be fun and rewarding once all the pieces fall into place. I've been tutoring since middle school, helping peers in high school and college, and even tutoring a couple of cousins along the way. I tutor a range of math courses, including algebra, geometry, calculus, finite math, and statistics, but algebra is by far my favorite. I enjoy the puzzle-like nature of it, rearranging numbers and equations to find a solution. My tutoring approach is all about helping students break down complex problems step-by-step and building their confidence in the process.
